Surrey Canine Corner offers consultancy for other sectors including TV, film and entertainment. Combining knowledge and experience from nearly a decade in the dog training world and a prior career in film production has provided the skills required to promote responsible and ethical handling skills for these sectors.

 

With 13 years combined experience in both canine training and film production sectors, alongside an up to date knowledge of UK dog law, we can offer:
 

  • Welfare consultancy for projects involving animals in TV, film and entertainment sectors.

  • Animal Training (canine specialist) using positive reinforcement for various projects.

  • Assessing suitability of animals for projects on and off camera.

  • Educational workshops for staff and crew required to work with animals.

  • Teaching crew, staff, volunteers and the public about bite prevention and how to be safe around dogs.

  • Attending public events to offer dog training advice or running dog-friendly activities.

  • Giving more general talks about dog training, welfare and dogs in society.

I am able to offer remote consultancy or alternatively travel throughout the UK for project work.

 

My charges will reflect the content of the project. I am able to offer discounts for charities.
